Roof Inspection
Not sure what your roof needs? A roof inspection gives you a straight answer — repair, replacement, or nothing at all — with photos of what we find and no pressure either way. Free estimates in Washington, DC.
What we check
What a roof inspection covers
We look at the roof the way water does — starting where leaks actually begin, not just at the shingles you can see from the street:
What you get
A straight answer — repair, replacement, or nothing
After the inspection, we show you photos of what we found and tell you plainly what it means. If a repair will do the job, we say so instead of selling you a roof you do not need. If replacement is the honest call, we say that too, and the free estimate spells out exactly what is included. If the roof is fine, we say that — no work sold, no pressure either way.
When to get one
Good times to get your roof inspected
After a big storm, when a leak shows up, when a roof is getting close to 20 years old, when you are buying or selling a house, or before the rainy season — like right now, with rain due November 4–5. A small problem found early is usually a repair. The same problem found after a few more storms is often a bigger job.
